Aerial Yoga

Blend yoga with aerial suspension for a lovely experience to lengthen and decompress. Choose from fun flow, yoga-lates or restorative.

Yoga Sculpt

Weights are added to yoga postures for a strength building workout. We'll add  cardio, squats, lunges, core work and arm curls. Weights are optional.

Vinyasa

This class strengthens, balances and detoxifies your body and mind as you move through more challenging postures and connect breath to movement . Sun salutations will start to warm you up as you move to more strengthening, deep stretching, core and restorative postures. 

Myofascial Release

This class will give your body the recovery time you deserve.  Combining stretch, rolling and restorative techniques using foam rollers and simple props to release stress and tension.

Buff Bones®

The Buff Bones® system is based on a research supported design and combines Pilates, strength training, functional movement and therapeutic exercise. It also uses techniques to align the joints, enhance posture and balance and prepare the body for optimal loading of the bones, which is how they strengthen. Recommended for anyone who has osteoporosis or wants to prevent it.

Aqua Fitness

This low impact cardiovascular workout includes dynamic movement to gently increase your heart rate combined with strengthening moves to tone muscles. The resistance of the water adds a challenge and opportunity to build stability and balance.


Pilates, Barre and Mat

Barre

Inspired by the movements of ballet, this class combines fitness elements—including Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training—all highly effective in improving cardiovascular health, muscle development and flexibility. Specific focus is on muscle fatigue and elevated heart rate to create an intense cardio and effective whole-body workout. Variations are offered to make exercises accessible to those with physical limitations or more challenging for the advanced student. 

Pilates Mat

This class is based on the contemporary Pilates method. We focus on postural alignment, breathing, core stability, controlled movement, and flexibility for a low impact flow. Variations are offered to make exercises accessible to those with physical limitations or more challenging for the advanced student. 

Pilates Equipment Classes

Learn technique, alignment, and core control while building  strength, and stamina using the Pilates apparatus. Private classes on Pilates apparatus, including, reformer, tower, chair, ladder barrel, cadillac, jump board, TRX and mat.
